Fire outbreaks have been identified as one of the key risk factors that exerts a huge negative impact on organizational operations. The impact of fire on any organization range from loss of life, bankruptcy, financial losses, loss of property and loss of productivity. However, organisations can prevent firebreaks and escalation by providing all their employees with the basic skills of fire fighting.
This two days training programmes is intended to empower employees with the skills and competencies needed to prevent and fight minor fires at work. Importantly, learners will acquire the skills needed to quickly and correctly identify the type of fire and extinguisher to use.
Qualifying learners can select and use the appropriate firefighting equipment to extinguish or control fires in the workplace.
